Most of us are exposed to a substantial amount of negative or bad news in the media and our social networks. Be it the climate crisis, migrants, fake news or the state of politics around the world, there seems to be no end in sight. Many people experience a great deal of fear and anxiety as a result. Additionally, few leaders, including politicians, seem willing or able to offer clear visions for the future which are not fear based. The question is, are we losing hope?
